Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from MonoContrast. All our pieces are made-to-order with care. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION
1.1 Order Changes
Because we begin processing your order shortly after it’s placed, changes must be requested within 6 hours. If you need to update your shipping address or change product variants, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
- If the updated variant or address increases the order value, we will request additional payment.
- If the update reduces the value, we do not offer partial refunds.
- Promotional discounts may become invalid if items are removed.
1.2 Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours. Please note that any non-refundable payment processing fees will be deducted.
After 6 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfill your order due to incomplete or invalid shipping details, we may cancel the order and refund the remaining balance, minus processing costs.
2. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
2.1 When We Offer Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements for:
- Orders not delivered within 45 business days for standard shipping (up to 60 days max)
- Products with clear quality issues (must report within 7 business days of delivery)
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Customer-selected wrong size/color/design
- Minor cosmetic variations due to 3D printing
- Delays caused by customs, local delivery, or recipient unavailability
2.2 What We Need from You
To evaluate your request, please send the following:
- Photos showing the issue (e.g. damage, defects, wrong item)
- A photo of the shipping label and full product
- Optional: a short video (e.g. unboxing)

2.3 What Happens Next
Once we confirm your case:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Replacements ship within 7–10 business days, with tracking provided
Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
3. IMPORTANT NOTES
- You must provide accurate and complete information if we request it for verification.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, address errors, or refusal upon delivery.
- We do not refund for creases or wrinkles due to packaging of larger items — simply lay the product flat for 3–5 days.
