1. CONTACT US FIRST
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery by emailing us at:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)
Our customer support team will assess the issue and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, as appropriate.
2. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS
As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances.
Please do not send any item back unless explicitly requested by our team. Unauthorized returns may result in lost items, and we cannot be held responsible for any associated costs or losses.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds or replacements are typically granted in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your item never arrived due to carrier error
Refunds are not available for:
- Minor variations in color or texture due to 3D printing or screen display differences
- Customer mistakes in color/variant selection or shipping address
- Orders outside the 7-day notification window
4. CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. We encourage you to double-check all details before confirming your order.
