Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with MonoContrast. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and shipped. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We operate on an on-demand production model. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer personalized pieces. Our processing times are typically:
- Standard items: 3–7 business days
- Print-on-demand items: 1–5 business days
- Customized items: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship all orders using Chit Chats, a Canadian-based logistics provider. Final delivery is handled by local carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, Royal Mail, or their equivalents, depending on the destination.
Shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and size. Typical delivery timeframes are:
🇨🇦 Within Canada
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days
- Carriers: Chit Chats + Canada Post or Intelcom
🇺🇸 To the United States
- Estimated delivery: 4–12 business days
- Carriers: Chit Chats + USPS
🌍 International (select destinations)
- Estimated delivery: 8–22 business days
- Carriers: Chit Chats + PostNL or local postal services
⏱️ Note: Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or customs inspections.
3. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means import taxes, duties, and related fees are not included in your order total. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and depend on the destination country’s regulations.

4. ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, we are unable to modify the address.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If your order has already entered production, we may be unable to cancel it. Non-refundable payment processing fees may apply.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through:

- Or the final carrier’s tracking page once the parcel is handed off.
